The Tre Ver is jointly developed by renowned developers UOL Group and UIC.  Both developers have established a solid reputation in the real estate development industry and have developed strong brand values that appeal to real estate investors. United Industrial Corporation (UIC) Tre Ver has a similarly impressive portfolio and reputation in Singapore property development, having operated both locally and internationally. UIC was founded in 1963 as a private company before going public in 1969. Its portfolio includes some of Singapore’s most prestigious commercial and retail properties. The Tre Ver will be the latest collaboration between UOL and award-winning architecture firm WOHA and will be the newest addition to Singapore’s green residential landscape. The opening of the Public Utilities Board Recreation Club (PUBRC) took place on October 24, 1975, when Mr. Lim Kim San, who was the Chairman of the Public Utilities Board (PUB) and the Minister of National Development and Communications, officially welcomed members of the club. In less than 1 1/2 years, a new three-storey building was constructed on the club’s 2.8-acre property after the expansion project began in October 1986. A wider range of facilities and a more comfortable environment to enjoy leisure time with families and friends have since been provided to club members through this project. The clubhouse has recently been renovated. A member will have access to the wide array of sports and recreation opportunities.
