The Tre Ver Developer

The Tre Ver is jointly developed by renowned developers UOL Group and UIC.  Both developers have established a solid reputation in the real estate development industry and have developed strong brand values that appeal to real estate investors. The two developers jointly submitted a bid of S$315 million for this latest project, clearly staking their claim on a property that had attracted significant interest from other industry leaders.

UOL’s success in property development dates all the way back to the 1970s and 1980s when they embarked on several of the era’s most prestigious projects. UOL is one of Singapore’s largest publicly traded property companies, specialising in residential, commercial, and industrial development and investment. The group has received numerous industry accolades and also enjoys a strong reputation for delivering superior quality and a commitment to sustainability. Other residential developments by the developer in Singapore include The Clement Canopy and Principal Garden.

United Industrial Corporation (UIC) Tre Ver has a similarly impressive portfolio and reputation in Singapore property development, having operated both locally and internationally. Mon Jervois in District 10, Alex Residences located at Redhill, and Pollen & Bleu are just a few of their condominium developments in Singapore. UIC was founded in 1963 as a private company before going public in 1969. Its portfolio includes some of Singapore’s most prestigious commercial and retail properties. Overseas, the developer has relationships with investors in the United Kingdom, China, and London, Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin.

The Tre Ver will be the latest collaboration between UOL and award-winning architecture firm WOHA and will be the newest addition to Singapore’s green residential landscape. WOHA Architecture is a pioneer of biophilic design, with projects such as Newton Suites, PARKROYAL on Pickering, and Oasia Hotel Downtown in its portfolio.

UOL and WOHA will also incorporate biophilic design principles into The Tre Ver. It is a place where nature will surround the buildings, even on the upper floors, bringing nature literally to the homeowners’ doorsteps. The Tre Ver’s lush landscaping will seamlessly integrate with the Kallang River, providing residents with the ideal environment to fulfill their innate desire to connect with nature. The Tre Ver’s proximity to nature promises to satiate residents’ yearnings and reawaken their inspirations.

Tre Ver’s location is an exquisite balance of proximity to nature and convenience to amenities. The beauty and serenity of Kallang River are on full display at the development’s front door, thanks to WOHA Architects’ masterful design, with the buildings acting as an extension of the surrounding nature. Enjoy leisurely family and social activities along the waterway and park connections – such nature is uncommon in Singapore, let alone so close to home.

The Tre Ver is also close to amenities, shopping, transportation, and groceries. Potong Pasir MRT station is within walking distance, and residents benefit from exceptional road connectivity, with major highways Serangoon Road and Bartley Road, as well as expressways PIE, CTE, and KPE. The Poiz Center, Woodleigh Mall (currently under construction), Nex Mall, and City Square Mall are all full-service shopping centers with a variety of grocery, banking, and retail options.

Tre Ver Residences offers affordable prices. With the goal of creating affordable yet exceptional homes, developers UOL and Singapore Land have sought out only the best in architectural and construction expertise, as well as the finest amenities for Tre Ver residents.

The Tre Ver Location

Situated in the heart of Potong Pasir, The Tre Ver is surrounded by good schools such as St. Andrew’s Village and a few meters from Potong Pasir MRT. The Tre Ver’s prime location offers a truly undisputed comfort and is a comfortable residence located only minutes away from the PIE, CTE and KPE expressways, and it has kept an idyllic atmosphere despite the urbanisation of recent decades.

History of Potong Pasir

In the 1950s, the area was regarded as one of the most important vegetable farming areas in Singapore, particularly for growing leafy vegetables such as watercress. Ponds within Potong Pasir, created as a result of mining activities in the area’s sandpits, also provided ample cultivation opportunities and thus food for villagers in the community’s early years.

Potong Pasir became one of the first few public housing estates in the 1980s as the government concentrated its massive redevelopment efforts on this former farming and mining village as part of the urbanisation process. Today, it remains a beloved, comfortable community for many residents and continues to grow in terms of additional amenities and connectivity improvements for residents to enjoy.

Schools in the vicinity of The Tre Ver

Potong Pasir is ideal for families with school-aged children because it is home to a cluster of renowned schools that are part of the Saint Andrew’s Village educational institution family. These include the following:

  • St. Andrew’s Junior College
  • St. Andrew’s Junior School
  • St. Andrew’s Secondary School
  • Cedar Girls School
  • Stamford International School

The close proximity of the condominium building site to these highly regarded schools will provide convenience for both working parents and their children.

Nearby Amenities and Shopping

The Tre Ver condominium is located just minutes away from the Potong Pasir MRT station, providing excellent connectivity to its future residents. But even without driving, The Tre Ver itself is a central location from which to access a variety of amenities and recreational activities.

Additionally, the area will likely soon be home to a neighborhood shopping mall as part of the government’s master plan for Bidadari. Bidadari is a district in the heart of Singapore, known for its picturesque setting. It is a planned community that provides a wonderful environment for its residents. Future residents of The Tre Ver will have access to new recreational and relaxing areas, as well as improved access to the MRT station and to high-quality schools.

The area’s master plan calls for the construction of a community centre, as well as a large park, bike paths, a community marketplace, and scenic social spaces that contribute to the area’s intended “community in a garden” vibe.

Recreation

The opening of the Public Utilities Board Recreation Club (PUBRC) took place on October 24, 1975, when Mr. Lim Kim San, who was the Chairman of the Public Utilities Board (PUB) and the Minister of National Development and Communications, officially welcomed members of the club. In less than 1 1/2 years, a new three-storey building was constructed on the club’s 2.8-acre property after the expansion project began in October 1986. A wider range of facilities and a more comfortable environment to enjoy leisure time with families and friends have since been provided to club members through this project. The clubhouse has recently been renovated. A member will have access to the wide array of sports and recreation opportunities. Most activities, such as movie night, members night, annual dinner and dance, tours, and more, have perks for members.

The first family-friendly sports facility in Singapore for people looking to exercise. Facilities like Muay Thai kickboxing, aerial yoga, power lifting, gymnastics, football, and stretch therapy are located in the renovated Public Utilities Board (PUB) Recreation Club. Additionally, we work closely with a local childcare facility, providing a convenient location for families and friends to come together.

Cafe Football in Asia is also located on our premises, which is also home to the world’s first Cafe Football establishment featuring Manchester United legends Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville as joint owners. Fun, relaxed dining allows football fans and foodies to satisfy their passion for food and football at the same time.

For various other organisations such as Canon Singapore and Great Eastern Life Assurance, we also have Warrix Singapore onsite to provide sportswear. Hougang United Football Club in the Singapore Premier League is also the official clothing partner of Warrix Singapore.
